Original Art by G.W. Averette Now Available at Mid-City Artisans. Mid-City Artisans was created by two artisans, George & Maria Harris, with the mission to promote the arts and the many Artisans and Makers in the Greater Baton Rouge Area.

Mid-City Artisans is proud to add G.W. Averette as one of their featured artisans. The store will carry his original charcoal sketches. Opening for business Tuesday, April 27, Mid-City Artisans will host a 3-day grand opening April 30 - May 2. Meet G.W. Averette during his "Meet the Artist" session on May 1 from 5PM - 9PM.

The Sleepless Dream: A Meditation
